Can I start for free?
Yes. The free plan includes ten try-ons per month, size recommendation and product page integration, with no card required. It is designed to test OptiDress internally, on your own catalog.
What counts as a try-on?
One garment tried on the shopper's avatar, avatar creation included. A shopper who tries on three garments counts as three try-ons.
What happens beyond the included try-ons?
Each additional try-on is billed at your plan's rate: €0.29 on Start, €0.27 on Growth, €0.25 on Scale. The price goes down with the plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the plans have no commitment.
What about outside Shopify?
The plans are the same on WooCommerce and on a custom-built site; on a custom-built site, setup is billed on top. Large volumes are quoted.
